In Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, UST has established a new office and a cutting-edge Generative AI Experience Center. The new Cyberjaya facility on GenAI Experience Center, which is UST’s third delivery center in Malaysia, will provide state-of-the-art AI solutions for a variety of market sectors, such as banking, manufacturing, retail, O&G, telecom, and education.

Enhancing customer experiences throughout Southeast Asia, the GenAI Experience Center in Malaysia will boost UST’s digital offering and technical services. A primary area of emphasis will be creating unique Large Language Models (LLMs) that are suited to particular business requirements.

Cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity applications will also be strengthened by the Center of Excellence’s efforts, which will also aid engineering and GBS teams by digitizing front-end user experiences and automating backend activities.
