Wade M. Jenke has been named Chief Financial Officer at Universal Electronics, with immediate effect. Richard Carnifax, the COO and interim CEO of UEI, will receive reports from Mr. Jenke. The company’s interim chief financial officer, Sui Man Ho (also known as Raymond Ho), will remain its Senior Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Jenke will oversee UEI’s financial, accounting, treasury, and investor relations departments in his capacity as Chief Financial Officer. He will also carry out financial plans that assist UEI’s expansion and profitability objectives.
Most recently, from August 2024 to December 2025, Mr. Jenke was the Chief Financial Officer of Amtech Systems, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed public company (ASYS) that manufactures and provides innovative thermal processing equipment, services, and supplies for the semiconductor industry.
He was Chief Financial Officer of EMS Group, a division of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, an access solutions company, from January 2018 to July 2024 before coming to Amtech.
Mr. Jenke worked for HES Inc., a provider of electromechanical locking solutions, from September 2016 until December 2018 as Vice President of Finance and Director of Accounting. He was the Senior Manager of Finance and Cost Analysis at HES Inc. from June 2012 to August 2016.
Mr. Jenke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Arizona, holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, earned his B.S. and MBA from Arizona State University, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
