The High-performance DC/DC converters – THN 15UIR and THN 20UIR series have extremely wide input voltage ranges (12:1) and powerful outputs of 15 watts and 20 watts, respectively. The 1″ x 1″ package for both series is small and completely encapsulated for highest reliability.
The THN 15UIR and THN 20UIR meet extended holdup-time requirements without the need for bulky input capacitors because of their specialized holdup capacitor connections. The THN 15UIR and THN 20UIR have received certifications from EN 50155 for use with rolling stock, EN 61373 for mechanical shock and vibration, and EN 45545-2 for fire behavior.
Additionally, they are approved for use in a variety of demanding industrial applications and match safety approvals of IEC, EN, and UL 62368-1.
