Teradyne stated that Michelle Turner will take over as the company’s chief financial officer on November 3, 2025, after Sanjay Mehta, who has held the position since 2019. Mr. Mehta will continue to serve as an executive advisor in order to assist with capacity development brought on by a demand for semiconductor testing. In 2026, Mr. Mehta intends to retire.

With thirty years of financial and strategic leadership experience in the industrial and technology industries, Ms. Michelle Turner has a proven track record of fostering expansion, prudent capital allocation, and operational effectiveness.
As a senior financial officer, Ms. Michelle Turner has worked in the oil and gas, industrial, healthcare, and aerospace and defense sectors. She was the Chief Financial Officer of the defense technology business L3Harris Technologies before joining Teradyne.
Ms. Turner held a number of top financial management and leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, BHP Billiton, Raytheon, and Honeywell before joining L3Harris Technologies.
Ms. Turner graduated with an MBA from Arizona State and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida.
