T-Recruit 2024, a dynamic recruiting drive that brought together top-tier tech talent and entrepreneurs, was proclaimed by T-Hub as an exceptional success.
In order to support a flourishing startup ecosystem in Hyderabad and beyond, the project sought to provide a crucial platform where recruiters could access top-tier talent and job searchers could locate the finest prospects.
The urgent demand for talent acquisition in India’s expanding startup scene was addressed by T-Recruit 2024.
Startups and corporates both actively participated in the event, which led to many successful matches and job placements that will spur innovation and expansion in the startup ecosystem.

There were 769 recruiters and 92 registered companies, including notable participants like Tao Digital USA, Monitra Healthcare Private Limited, Ariqt International, and DataBeat Consulting Pvt Ltd. More than 6,000 applicants competed for positions offered by top entrepreneurs in a variety of industries, demonstrating the vast skill pool existing in the Indian digital scene.
Over 180 successful matches between businesses and applicants were made possible by T-Recruit 2024, and 85 offers were made to talented individuals, marking a major advancement in the promotion of innovation and expansion within the startup ecosystem. Recruiters and applicants from a wide range of industries, including AI/ML, DeepTech, HRTech, Defense, HealthTech, PharmaTech, Sustainability, SaaS, and IoT, contributed significantly to the drive’s inclusivity.

T-Recruit has had over 4,000 job seeker registrations and engagement from over 150 companies during the last two drives, demonstrating its expanding success and influence.
