At the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), and Parking China (PKC) concluded on September 5, 2024.
The four exhibitions, which were held in tandem with Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT), drew 28,295 attendees, a rise over the previous year. Thirty-one domestic and foreign visiting groups were included in this total.
The program was commended by attendees for creating effective networking opportunities within the intelligent building sector and for influencing the direction of smart living.

An ideal platform for industry exchange and promoting local and international cooperation
This edition, with the theme “Smart Spaces, Smart Living,” attracted almost 300 of the industry’s most progressive and forward-thinking businesses.
The showcases featured a variety of innovations and solutions, including intelligent buildings that are low-carbon, smart homes, smart parking, smart hotels, and intelligent integration.
A record number of themed product zones were also included in the performances, highlighting a variety of focused items. Urban Renewal Research Zone, Facility Management Service Provider Zone, WELL Healthy Building Pavilion, UWA Global Ultra-High-Definition Video Industry Alliance Zone, and DISCIEN Future Meeting Zone were among the zones.
31 delegations from both domestic and international markets were drawn to the shows, including the KNX User Club, the Malaysian smart home design delegation, the Cambodia Business Association, the Saudi Arabian smart city and parking visiting group, the Shanghai Internet of Things Industry group, the Urban Regeneration Research Association, the exploration and interior design group, the Shanghai Internet of Things Industry group, the tourism and hotel industry group, and the smart office visiting group made up of professionals from all over the nation.
Exhibitors and attendees alike were pleased with the shows, highlighting the chances to successfully engage with suppliers and future clients as well as share knowledge and experience. They also expressed how excited they were to come back the following year.
Capturing industry trends and exploring the potential of intelligent building and smart living
21 forums with more than 100 industry professionals who gave their perspectives on more than 150 trending topics were available over the three-day show. Furthermore, in order to encourage integrators to be creative thinkers and hone their practical abilities, SSHT and CSHIA Startup Camp organized the “CSHIA Startup Camp: Smart Home Integration Application Challenge,” which featured installation, wiring, debugging, and networking challenges.

Meanwhile, there were other parking-related events including the Charging Operator Super Salon – Shanghai Station 2024 and the Shanghai Smart Parking Application Promotion and Exchange Forum.
In addition, two forums pertaining to facility management were held: the CFM Summit – FM in the New Era: From Service Innovation to Digital Transformation and the Green Smart Cleaning Forum.

The next editions of SIBT, SSHT and PKC will take place concurrently with SSOT in 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Further details will be provided soon. The fairs are headed by the biennial Light + Building event in Frankfurt, Germany. The next edition will be held from 8 – 13 March 2026.
