RoboSense LiDAR Products Make Remarkable Progress in First Half of 2024

RoboSense has revealed its business performance for the first half of 2024, showcasing a rapid growth trajectory and retaining its market-leading position.

Its sales volume of LiDAR products and LiDAR products for ADAS applications amounted to approximately 243,400 and 234,500 units for the six months ended June 30, 2024, respectively, showing a year-over-year increase of 415.7% and 487.7%.

For the first half of 2024, RoboSense achieved roughly its 2023 annual sales volume, as OEMs pushed forward quickly with breakthroughs in intelligent technology.

RoboSense has sold over 583,500 units of LiDAR cumulatively as of June 30, 2024, of which approximately 518,300 units were LiDAR for ADAS. RoboSense has had remarkable progress since leading the industry’s advancement in the mass production of LiDAR for ADAS in 2021, as evidenced by its consistently rising sales.

The LiDAR major has made impressive strides toward obtaining vehicle model designs and achieving mass production for a variety of vehicle types by utilizing its powerful LiDAR hardware, perception software, and leading product performance. As of May 17, 2024, 22 international OEMs and Tier 1 clients had placed mass production designation orders for 71 different vehicle models. We have SOP 25 car types from 12 of these customers by the end of the first quarter of 2024.

RoboSense, with equipment for 37 vehicles, earned #1 at the 2024 Auto Beijing Show, with over 50% of the space occupied. As additional types of collaborative vehicles are introduced and brought into mass production, RoboSense consistently breaks records, according to its release.
