Ramakrishna Electro Components (RKE) introduced a refreshed brand identity and new corporate logo, signaling the next stage of the company’s expansion and strategic development.

The announcement was made at Ramakrishna’s premier industry event, RK Partnership Day, which brought together more than 150 customers and more than 80 major suppliers from the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
Ramakrishna Electro Components shared its longer-term target of establishing a ?2,500 crore semiconductor distribution and solutions enterprise by 2030 during the event, along with its 5-year growth path that targets ?2,500 crore in revenue.
Ramakrishna stated that India is getting ready to go beyond conventional distribution since the country’s semiconductor consumption is expected to exceed $110 billion by 2030, driven by demand across electric mobility, defense electronics, industrial automation, and energy infrastructure.
By fusing supply-chain-driven and design-led solutions with component distribution, the company hopes to establish itself as an integrated ecosystem partner.
The expansion of RKDH is Ramakrishna Design House, which will offer end-to-end design and system-level support, is a significant step in this change.
Customers are anticipated to benefit from the program by strengthening localized engineering capabilities, accelerating product development, and facilitating tighter cooperation with OEM and EMS partners.
In order to meet India’s expanding needs for electronics manufacturing, the company also described intentions to invest in robust and scalable supply-chain infrastructure.
The company is growing through partnerships, system-level innovation, and joint market growth projects with international technology suppliers. Ramakrishna is concurrently working on CSR-led initiatives that are in line with national agendas like Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat and concentrate on skill development and long-term ecosystem building.
Additionally, Ramakrishna utilized RK Partnership Day as a platform to discuss its plans to expand into semiconductor distribution, displays, modules, electromechanical components, and integrated box-build solutions. The event reinforced Ramakrishna’s goal of becoming a preferred solutions partner in high-growth technology sectors.
Strong participation and trust from suppliers and customers highlighted growing confidence in the company’s leadership and execution as India’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem continues to expand.
