Rigaku Semiconductor Instruments Ltd. is the new name of XwinSys Technology Development, a group company of Rigaku Holdings Corporation.
RSI, which was founded in 2012 and has its main office in Israel, became a member of the Rigaku Group in 2019. RSI manufactures and conducts research and development for semiconductor metrology tools that use X-rays. Numerous nations have seen the introduction of the company’s ONYX Series of nondestructive wafer inspection and measurement tools. As a major power in the semiconductor business, RSI is active on several fronts.
