RIBER reports that an Asian industrial customer has ordered two new MBE 6000 manufacturing systems. This customer, which now runs multiple RIBER systems, is adding two more MBE 6000 reactors to increase its production capacity.
These reactors will be used to fabricate materials for high-performance electronic devices. A purchase option negotiated in 2022 served as the basis for this order.
The MBE 6000 is the industry standard for high-volume manufacturing of electrical and optoelectronic components, especially for fiber-optic networks and telecommunications, with more than 40 units in use globally.
This new purchase shows that RIBER’s industrial product is still relevant in global markets and that a long-standing customer is still satisfied. Additionally, it validates RIBER’s strategic positioning in Asia, where the semiconductor industry is one of the most inventive and active globally.
Delivery of the two systems is planned for 2025 and 2026.
