Cyient Limited has strategically appointed two industry veterans to its leadership team, aiming to bolster its expansion in technology, strategic initiatives, and international markets.
Rajkumar Ravindranathan Joins as Chief Growth Officer
With over 25 years of experience scaling AI, digital transformation, and engineering services businesses across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, Rajkumar brings proven enterprise leadership to Cyient.
Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer for EMEA and APAC at L&T Technology Services, overseeing regional strategy, P&L growth, and board responsibilities at L&T Thales Technology Services.
Earlier, he spent two decades at Cognizant, leading Digital, Industry 4.0, IoT, and Engineering Services for ROW markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), managing go-to-market strategies, delivery operations, partnerships, and M&A.
Harjott Atrii Named Chief Business Officer – Strategic Initiatives
Harjott will spearhead Cyient’s technology portfolio, with a focus on Digital and AI solutions, while forging deeper strategic partnerships and expanding into emerging markets.
Bringing 27+ years of expertise in AI and cloud-driven digital transformation across BFSI, Healthcare, and Hi-Tech sectors in the USA, EMEA, and APAC, he previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Rackspace Technology, where he propelled growth through innovative Private Cloud and Private AI platforms.
These appointments position Cyient to accelerate its ambitions in AI-powered engineering, digital services, and global market penetration.
