The 4×2 EV Tractor Trailer Truck, model number 470 eTR, will be unveiled at Bauma CONEXPO India 2024, according to Propel Industries. The truck was unveiled by Shri Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma, Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, to encourage the usage of electric vehicles in order to satisfy the sustainability requirements of India’s construction and logistics sectors.
With its high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, this vehicle can travel an amazing 350 kilometers between charges. The 385 kWh battery’s fast-charging feature minimizes downtime and maximizes production by enabling the batteries to reach 100% capacity in just 70 minutes.
Moreover, the 470 eTR Tractor trailer has three different battery options: 385, 480, and 550 kWh, depending on the needs of the application and range.
The vehicle also guarantees zero tailpipe emissions, opening the door to healthier surroundings and better air. Its strong 350 kW electric motor, which produces 2600 Nm of torque, guarantees reliable operation and can easily handle even the most taxing jobs.
Additionally, the 470 eTR has intelligent connectivity technologies that integrate IoT and telematics to provide real-time performance, battery, and route optimization data. This improves operating effectiveness and offers fleet managers insightful information.
