Nancy Erba will take over as chief financial officer of Power Integrations on January 5, 2026, the company stated. Ms. Erba has over 25 years of expertise in corporate finance.

She most recently served as CFO at Infinera Corporation, a provider of optical semiconductors and networking solutions, from 2019 until Nokia acquired the company earlier this year.
She served as CFO for Immersion Corporation, a pioneer in haptic touch technology, from 2016 until 2019. She had previously held a number of increasingly high leadership positions at Seagate Technology, including executive leadership positions in corporate development, business operations, and finance.
Ms. Erba chairs the audit committee and is on the board of directors of PDF Solutions, a company that offers data solutions to the semiconductor and electronics industry.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from Baylor University.
