This most recent addition broadens the scope and capabilities of this cutting-edge oscilloscope family by building upon the PicoScope 9400 Series, which already includes versions with 5 GHz and 16 GHz bandwidths.
By combining the benefits of conventional real-time acquisition with sampling oscilloscope capabilities, Pico Technology’s innovative Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope (SXRTO) technology gives engineers the best of both worlds.
This means that in addition to obtaining the incredibly high time and amplitude precision of a sampling scope, the scope may capture pre-trigger data and trigger immediately on the signal.

It offers a comprehensive validation toolkit by offering a wide range of signal integrity measurements, such as timing and pulse performance, jitter analysis, RZ & NRZ eye diagrams, and communications mask tests that adhere to industry standards like PCIe, GB Ethernet, and Serial ATA.
Pre-compliance testing for buses like Ethernet, USB, or PCI Express is made especially simple with 175 pre-built mask tests. It only takes a few minutes to generate new tests for any standard using the free integrated tool.
The PicoScope 9404A-25 can be easily integrated into user-designed systems thanks to its support for ActiveX remote control via the Windows COM interface standard for OEM and custom integration.
The transfer from the lab to the production line is especially simple since the measurement procedure employed in the lab can be applied exactly the same way in automation.
In order to ensure interoperability with a variety of development platforms, including JavaScript and C, programming examples are offered in VB.NET, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
