Pickering Electronics will exhibit its extensive selection of semiconductor test relays at Semicon Taiwan 2025, including its new Series 600 programmable high voltage reed relays that provide up to 20kV stand-off across the switch contacts and up to 25kV stand-off switch to coil. Pickering will be available to visitors from September 10–12, 2025, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, UK Pavilion, Booth I3022/J3034.
One significant advancement in high voltage reed relay design is the Series 600 line. With options for stand-off voltages up to 20 kV across the switch and 25 kV switch to coil, as well as adjustable pin-outs and connection options, coil resistances, package formats, potting materials, and more, these devices have been specifically made to be flexible enough to satisfy customer needs.
Because of this flexibility, system designers and semiconductor test engineers can precisely define the relay performance they require, balancing size, isolation, and switching speed for their particular applications.
Additionally, Pickering Interfaces, the Pickering Group’s switching division, will be at the exhibit to demonstrate its modular signal switching solutions for semiconductor test and verification systems.
