HMS Networks Rebrands PEAK with New Unified Look

PEAK by HMS Networks – New look, same trusted performance

Since fall 2024, PEAK-System Technik GmbH has been part of the HMS Networks Group. Now, in early 2026, the next logical step in that integration is here: PEAK is taking on a refreshed visual identity as a product brand within the HMS family.

For customers and partners, this signals direction and continuity, PEAK’s core values, products, and points of contact remain the same. Darmstadt, Germany – February 16, 2026.

One unified look with a clear origin

PEAK’s new visual identity now follows HMS Networks’ design language, clearly showing that PEAK’s pioneering products are backed by a global Industrial ICT leader. The familiar red-and-black palette is being phased out in favor of HMS’s established blue and white.

A key element of the update is the PEAK logo. Its distinctive, recognizable shape remains, but it now carries the addition “by HMS Networks,” making the connection to the group unmistakable.

This keeps the PEAK brand clearly identifiable while associating it with the strength and reputation of HMS.

Under the same umbrella, globally recognized Industrial ICT product brands such as Anybus, Ewon, Intesis, Red Lion, N-Tron, Owasys, and Ixxat are already united.

The visual integration of PEAK is a natural follow-up to the 2024 acquisition.

Since the merger, PEAK has gained access to global development resources, deep technical know-how, and the financial stability and independence that come with being part of the HMS Networks Group.

Customers also benefit from HMS’s worldwide sales and service network, which makes it easier to access PEAK solutions alongside other HMS offerings.

Focused on future growth

With this updated look, PEAK and HMS Networks are reinforcing their commitment to delivering secure, high-performance, and future-ready hardware and software for Automotive, Medical, and Industrial Communication applications.

The brand refresh is about more than design it reflects a shared focus on long-term innovation and customer value.

Key Comments

“A unified brand appearance helps customers find their way faster and understand connections more clearly and intuitively – especially in a technologically complex PEAK by HMS Networks rebranded By HMS Networks The Volt Postenvironment like ours,” explains Christian Adolph, Director Marketing, Business Development & Technical Support. “That PEAK also visually is now part of HMS reflects exactly that: a strong brand with its own identity and recognition, embedded in a group that stands for reliability, stability, and long-term perspectives.”

“‘#1 Choice for Engineers’ remains our top priority and our central guiding principle,” adds Adolph. “We will communicate this message together with the fresh look repeatedly in the coming months and make it visible through campaigns. Because PEAK remains PEAK – but now clearly visible as part of HMS Networks.”
