Through Neil Automation, Neilsoft, a specialized provider of Engineering Services and Solutions (ER&D), announced that it will be providing technology-driven solutions to Indian industrial manufacturing companies.
In order to support businesses on their Industry 4.0 journey, Neil Automation Private Limited (Neil Automation) will provide Manufacturing & Building Automation and Digital Factory solutions across the Shopfloor, Factory, and Enterprise levels.

Neil Automation‘s Shop Floor Automation offerings start with locating possible production line locations where businesses may automate (using PLC, robotics, cameras, AGVs, etc.) in order to increase speed, throughput, safety, modularity, or lessen the need for human labor.
While some areas of production lines may already have camera-based inspection systems in place, complex quality issues such as texture/pattern mismatch, surface defects, dimensional measurement, orientation detection, etc. require the use of specialized image processing algorithms in order to analyze the defects and take appropriate corrective action.
