Organized by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), IndiaSkills 2025 is not only the national platform for skill excellence but also the gateway to the WorldSkills Competition 2026 in Sanghai, where India will compete with the best globally.

ESSCI, under the aegis of MSDE, will manage eight key skills at IndiaSkills 2025: Electronics, Electrical Installation, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, Mechatronics, Intelligent Security Technology, Optoelectronic Technology, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. These categories represent the cutting edge of electronics and emerging technologies, critical for India’s competitiveness in the global economy.

To ensure strong performance, ESSCI has lined up bootcamps, expert-led workshops, and industry-backed mentorship for participants. Training will combine advanced labs, global-standard tools, and soft skill development to prepare candidates for high-pressure competitive environments.

Registrations for IndiaSkills 2025 are now open on the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) portal and will close on 30 September 2025. Youth from all 36 States and Union Territories are eligible to apply across 63 skill categories.

As ESSCI gears up with its structured preparation plan, the council expects not only to produce medal winners for India but also to strengthen the pipeline of skilled professionals ready to serve the electronics and technology sectors—both in India and abroad.
