MATE-12B Reed Switch Series by Littelfuse With High Insulation Resistance

Littelfuse announces the availability of the MATE-12B Reed Switch Series. These sub-miniature reed switches by Littelfuse achieves millions of cycles while providing longer life and higher reliability.

Compared to the existing 12.7 mm reed switches, the new MATE-12B Reed Switch Series from Littelfuse showcases extensive longevity exceeding the requirements for automatic test equipment and appliance applications.

The MATE-12B reed switches by Littelfuse is a normally open switch with a 12.7 mm x 1.8 mm (0.276” x 0.071”) glass envelope.

The new reed switches can switch up to 200 Vdc 10 W. They provide a high insulation resistance of 10¹² ohms (minimum) and a low contact resistance of less than 100 milli-ohms.

The MATE-12B Reed Switch Series by Littelfuse is ideally suited for markets that require long-life cycles and high reliability, such as:

• Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for power semiconductor testing,
• Appliances, and
• Other limit switching applications.
