Manish Muthal and Siva Yerramilli have joined Baya Systems’ Board of Directors subsequent to the company’s recent Series B investment. Both enhance the leadership team at Baya Systems by contributing substantial expertise in software and semiconductor technologies, as well as scaling innovative firms.
They are joined on the board by Matrix Capital General Partner Stan Reiss, Baya Systems CEO Dr. Sailesh Kumar, and Chairman Jim Keller.
Manish Muthal, Senior Managing Director at Maverick Silicon, is a seasoned veteran of the semiconductor industry who has founded successful venture-backed startups and held leadership positions at Intel, LSI, Xilinx, and Broadcom.
Siva Yerramilli, SVP of Synopsys, Inc.’s Corporate Incubation Group, which provides reliable and all-inclusive silicon to systems design solutions, including electronic design automation, silicon IP, and system verification and validation, is also joining the board. He had a highly successful career at Intel before this, where he led product development and technology enablement.
