Airbus and Mahindra University have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). By utilizing the capabilities of both organizations, this partnership seeks to develop a talent pool prepared for the future by promoting innovation, research, and teaching in the fields of digital and aerospace technology.
Under the new collaboration, they will work together on curriculum development, industry training, faculty and student exchanges, and advanced research in digital technologies and aerospace, including cybersecurity, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI-ML).
Additionally, the MoU will promote student internship and placement opportunities, organize collaborative events like workshops and symposiums, and establish relationships with foreign institutes for aerospace-related projects.
Dr Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University, and Mr. Remi Maillard, President and Managing Director, Airbus India and South Asia signed the MoU in the presence of Anand Mahindra, Chancellor, Mahindra University.
The collaboration is in line with Airbus’s dedication to promoting aerospace innovation worldwide and Mahindra University’s goal of providing education that is relevant to the industry.
It will foster a mutually beneficial interaction between academia and industry while giving students the chance to engage in practical projects and research using Airbus’s insights.
