The SZSMF6L Series of unidirectional and bidirectional TVS diodes was introduced by Littelfuse. These 600 W automotive-grade devices are perfect for increasingly space-constrained automotive and electric vehicle (EV) designs because they offer strong protection against high-energy transients in a small, surface-mount SOD-123FL package.
The SZSMF6L Series, which builds on the popularity of the 400 W SZSMF4L Series, which was released in 2023, offers 50% more peak power handling while keeping the same small footprint.
Critical automotive systems susceptible to voltage spikes from switching events, load dumps, or electrostatic discharge (ESD) are protected by the improved clamping performance and surge protection.
