LatentView Analytics Effectively Finished Acquiring Decision Point

LatentView Analytics Limited has effectively finished acquiring 70% of Decision Point’s outstanding equity capital.

Having been founded in 2012, Decision Point Analytics has over ten years of expertise creating AI-powered products.

With more than 300 workers globally, the business is well-known for its proficiency in retail segmentation, pricing analytics, promotion analytics, demand forecasting, and marketing mix models, especially in the CPG industry. BeagleGPT, a conversational GenAI app for Microsoft Teams that helps Fortune 500 CPG customers increase data analytics adoption across their companies, is one of its primary offerings.

Microsoft and the Promotion Optimization Institute have both recognized and awarded Decision Point for its RGM capabilities (POI).

Commenting on the acquisition, Rajan Venkatesan, CFO of LatentView Analytics, said, “With the closing of this acquisition, we have fully utilised all the funds raised during the IPO.
