For outstanding achievement in the industrial electronics distribution industry’s passive components segment, KYOCERA AVX was granted a 2024 SPDEI Trophies award.
The Syndicat Professionnel de la Distribution en Électronique Industrielle (SPDEI), the French Professional Union of Industrial Electronics Distribution, bestows the SPDEI Trophies awards, which honor a chosen group of suppliers each year for their exceptional industry support and cooperation.
Syndicat Professionnel de la Distribution en Électronique Industrielle (SPDEI) annually celebrate a select group of suppliers for the superior quality of their support for and collaboration with the industry.
The 28th annual SPDEI Trophies awards were given out at the conclusion of the organization’s annual conference, which took place on December 3, 2024, at the Automobile Club de France in Paris.
The conference included a number of evaluations and predictions for the French market for electronic components, especially in the railway industry. Bruno Brucker, KYOCERA AVX’s Country Manager for France-Benelux North Africa, and Sylvie Godebert, Area Sales Manager and Point-of-Sale (POS) Manager for Paris, France, were there to accept the prize.
Products, profitability, resources and assistance, and design traceability were among the evaluation criteria for the 2024 SPDEI Trophies honors.
KYOCERA AVX was one of five honorees in the passive components category and one of 26 honorees overall across eight award categories: Digital Semiconductors, Analog Semiconductors, Wireless and Sensors, Display and Embedded, Passive Components, Electromechanical Components, Energy Conversion, and Connectors, Cables, and Accessories.
