A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by Kaynes Semicon and Infineon to explore potential strategic partnerships in India’s rapidly expanding semiconductor market.
Strengthening India’s Semiconductor Supply Chain
This collaboration will add a significant milestone with the launch of the first Kaynes Semicon MEMs Microphone, featuring Infineon’s reliable and market proven bare die, a breakthrough in domestic semiconductor module manufacturing.
This “Made in India” MEMs Microphone will target for especially TWS earbuds, positioning Kaynes Semicon at the forefront of next generation wearable tech.
Furthermore, Infineon will provide Kaynes Semicon with high-performance power solution bare die wafers, which Kaynes Semicon will package into discrete and module semiconductor solutions specifically designed for Indian customers.
The two companies hope to improve India’s domestic reach and global supply chain position by fusing Kaynes Semicon’s sophisticated semiconductor packaging capabilities with Infineon’s leadership. A regionally integrated, cost-optimized supply chain that offers customers dependable, high-performance, and energy-efficient products with noticeably shorter lead times is what this partnership will provide.

By working together, Infineon and Kaynes Semicon will address critical semiconductor needs across various sectors, including:
