Two high-side switch variants, the BTH50030-1LUA with an RDS(ON) of 3.0 m? and the BTH50015-1LUA with an RDS(ON) of 1.5 m?, are part of the Power PROFET + 24/48V switch family, which is contained in a small, TO leadless package and allows for reduced power losses in high-current applications.

Availability
The Power PROFET™ + 24/48V switches BTH50030-1LUA and BTH50015-1LUA are now in production. For easy integration and evaluation, a shield for Arduino (BOARD BTH50015-1LUA) is available.
