The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT-R) and CADFEM India, an Ansys (now a part of Synopsys) Elite Channel Partner, have partnered to establish one of India’s most cutting-edge Digital Twin Simulation Labs.
By combining Ansys’ top-notch Multiphysics simulation tools with CADFEM’s extensive engineering knowledge, this strategic partnership marks a significant advancement in digital engineering education and research in India and will empower the country’s future generation of innovators.
IIT Roorkee will have access to Ansys’ cutting-edge Digital Twin, CFD, FEM, and electromagnetic simulation systems under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding for academic research, curriculum improvement, and talent development.
CADFEM will enable teachers and students use simulation to address real-world engineering difficulties by offering software licenses, technical training, continuous support, and collaborative research advice.
The partnership will involve cooperative seminars, talks, publications, and outreach initiatives that encourage the use of multiphysics simulation and digital twins in the resolution of challenging engineering issues.
Scholars and researchers will also co-author scholarly publications in cutting-edge fields including AI-enabled product development, smart infrastructure, and sustainable systems.
