The “Mysuru ESDM Tech Yatra” was conducted by IESA in association with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) and with funding from the state of Karnataka’s departments of IT, BT, and ST. In an effort to further India’s goal of becoming a global leader in Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), this event provided in-depth insights into the industry within the Mysuru cluster.

Distinguished Presence at Mysuru ESDM Tech Yatra: Dr. Ekroop Caur (IAS, Secretary to the Government, Department of Electronics, IT, BT, and Science & Technology) conducted the press interactions on behalf of Hon’ble Minister Shri Priyank M. Kharge (IT, BT, Rural Development, and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka). Mr. Jitendra Chaddah (JC), the head of the Vision Task Force, Mr. BV Naidu, the chairman of KDEM, and Dr. Veerappan VV, the chairperson of IESA, also participated in the press conference. Industry Leaders Unite: Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO of KDEM, and Mr. Ashok Chandak, President of IESA, worked together to develop, organize, and carry out the TechYatra with success. One of the event’s highlights was the attendance of more than 50 industry players from Mysuru and more than 40 IESA members who joined the yatra by bus from Bangalore, which led to fruitful conversations and partnerships.
The Influence of IESA: In the presence of Dr. Ekroop Caur, Secretary IT BT ST, who was representing the Honorable ITBT Minister of the Government of Karnataka, Mr. Ruchir Dixit, Vice Chairman of IESA, and Mr. Sanjeev Keskar, Member of IESA EC, led the Industry debate. Several IESA members and ESDM entrepreneurs from Mysuru Industries, along with Mr. Raghu Panicker and Ms. Poonam (IESA WiSE CIG), Mr. Anil Kumar Muniswamy (Ex-IESA Chairman), Mr. Jitendra Chadha (Ex-IESA Chairman), Mr. Ved Prakash Mall (IESA), and Mr. Anil Bishnoi (IESA EC) were among the notable attendees who added to the event with their insightful remarks and inspiring remarks.
