Over 800 women engineers, technologists, business executives, academics, students, and researchers came together for the sixth edition of IEEE WINTECHCON 2025. The conference, which took place from November 12–13, 2025, focused on innovations under the heading “Transforming the Future with Data-Driven Innovations in the Semicon-Verse.”
This year, Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) hosted the conference, which was organized by the IEEE Bangalore Section, IEEE CAS Bangalore Chapter, and Women in Engineering AG Bangalore Section.
Women in technological leadership had a chance to demonstrate innovation in semiconductor design, verification, AI-driven techniques, and system solutions at Wintechcon 2025.
Throughout the event, there were numerous technical seminars, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive demonstrations.
Key takeaways
Deep technical sessions in both virtual and in-person modes were part of the two-day program at IEEE Wintechcon 2025. With speakers from Samsung, IBM, Western Digital, Cadence, and Texas Instruments, tracks such “Intelligent Silicon” and “Interstellar Innovations” addressed GenAI-powered digital twins, 3D IC integration, sophisticated packaging, and design-for-test architectures.
In addition to technology exhibitors, poster sessions, and practical demonstrations, the second day featured five parallel paper tracks covering AI accelerators, embedded systems, VLSI architectures, and semiconductor packaging.
For aspiring women in STEM, a unique Masterclass titled “From Engineer to Executive” provided leadership and professional ideas.

WINTECHCON 2025 received over 607 paper, poster, demo and tutorial submissions. The winners were recognized through Best Paper, Best Poster, Best Demo, and Best Tutorial Awards.
The event saw participation and sponsorship from major industry players including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Cadence, IBM, Texas Instruments, Synopsys, Marvell, Infineon, MediaTek, Analog Devices, Alpha wave Semi, and others.
