In order to help operators and production managers automate activities and handle issues, Honeywell recently released Honeywell Forge Production Intelligence, which seamlessly combines performance monitoring with a new generative AI assistant.
The platform’s new Intelligent Assistant, which makes use of sophisticated generative AI models, is intended to improve user experience by giving engineers, plant managers, and business executives easy access to crucial data through natural language prompts.
Industries will also be able to use the platform to visualize, trend, and troubleshoot production difficulties based on asset relationships and contributors to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deviations.
Rapid root cause investigation of production issues is made possible by the cloud-native platform’s integration of performance monitoring and advanced analytics. Users can now more quickly and efficiently summarize deviations and general insights with the Intelligent Assistant.
The functionality facilitates closed-loop collaboration processes with case management integration in addition to improving AI insights with increased explainability and usability.
