Quess GTS (Global Technology Solutions), which is in the process of being demerged to become Digitide Solutions Ltd., announces the appointment of Gurmeet Chahal as its new CEO.
The announcement of the demerger in February 2024 is in line with this appointment. Apart from fortifying its strategic management team, the enterprise intends to expand its focus to healthcare and financial services and enhance its competences in data technology, artificial intelligence, and analytics.
Commenting on the appointment of Gurmeet Chahal, Chairman Quess Corp Ltd. Mr. Ajit Isaac said, “We are delighted to welcome Gurmeet as the CEO of Quess GTS. Who is Gurmeet Chahal?
Gurmeet has more than 25 years of international expertise in digital transformation, having worked in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and hi-tech sectors. He comes to us from Genpact, where he was the worldwide leader of Digital Transformation Services.
Before that, he founded, built, and oversaw sizable technology transformation companies at DXC and HCL Technologies. Gurmeet’s broad expertise in artificial intelligence, technology services, business process management, and digital transformation will be tapped into by Quess GTS. These are abilities that have regularly assisted clients in achieving their strategic objectives and raising customer satisfaction.
This demerger procedure to become Digitide Solutions started in February 2024 and is moving forward as scheduled. It is expected to take 12 to 15 months. A critical stage in the demerger process, permission from SEBI is now awaited by Quess.
