Gregg Lowe will join Power Integrations’ board of directors on February 15, 2025, the firm said.

As the CEO of Wolfspeed, Inc. from 2017 until 2024, Mr. Gregg Lowe oversaw the company’s transformation into a pure-play producer of silicon-carbide solutions for high-power applications. Prior to its 2015 merger with NXP Semiconductors, he served as CEO of Freescale Semiconductor from 2012 till that time.

Gregg Lowe previously worked for Texas Instruments for 27 years, holding a number of executive positions in integrated circuits, automotive sales, field sales, and marketing before rising to the position of senior vice president and manager of the company’s analog division, where he assisted in steering the acquisition of National Semiconductor.

Currently, Mr. Lowe is chairman of the board of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum and a member of the boards of North Carolina A&T University and Silicon Labs. He has finished Stanford University’s Stanford Executive Program and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.Gregg Lowe Join Power Integrations board of directors the volt post
