Evans serves as the organization’s executive chair, guiding a positive and cooperative agenda that bolsters the CEO’s leadership. Along with improving communication between the board and top management, he also assists and guides the organization in achieving its goals both strategically and operationally.

In his capacity as president and CEO, Berntson is in charge of the overarching strategic direction and important choices that affect the company’s future. His main goal will be to support and foster the Indium Corporation culture, which fosters employee ambitions, inventiveness, and innovation.

Berntson will also continue to place a high value on the company’s expansion and improvement, especially on capabilities and innovations that foresee client demands and propel the sector forward.

Since joining Indium Corporation in 1996, Berntson has held executive roles in technical support, market development, and product management. Significant progress was made in all areas and worldwide operations during his time as president and COO, enhancing Indium Corporation‘s commitment to providing top-notch technical assistance and materials research.

As president of Indium Corporation’s Asia Holdings, he spent two years in Singapore to be closely connected with the potential and needs in China and Southeast Asia as part of his immersion in global operations. Indium Corporation has had steady and strong growth under Berntson’s direction, including international market expansion.
