The HR 64Mb xSPI STT?MRAM has successfully completed AEC?Q100 Grade 1 qualification and is now fully available for customer orders. The device supports high?volume production programs, with inventory accessible through Everspin’s network of authorized distributors worldwide.

Everspin expects the 128Mb xSPI STT?MRAM to achieve full production qualification by May 2026, followed by the new 256Mb density in July 2026. Volume availability for both parts is planned for the second half of 2026.

With the introduction of the 256Mb device, designers gain access to higher?capacity persistent memory options while maintaining compatibility with the same xSPI?based architecture.

Alongside the 64Mb and 128Mb products, Everspin’s expanded Hi?Rel MRAM portfolio delivers scalable, robust memory solutions tailored for extreme temperature and reliability?critical applications.

These milestones represent continued execution of Everspin’s roadmap to broaden its HR MRAM portfolio for aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial and other mission-critical applications.
