A Memorandum of Understanding signed between EKA Mobility, KPIT to develop and integrate advanced electric powertrain technology components. The goal of this partnership is to raise the bar for performance, efficiency, and sustainability in the electric commercial vehicle (e-CV) sector in India.

The MoU will concentrate on creating cutting-edge electric powertrain systems specifically for EKA’s wide variety of e-CV including electric buses and commercial vehicles, including traction motors, controllers, vehicle control units, and battery management systems.
The MOU will make use of KPIT’s vast portfolio of domestically produced electric powertrain technology as well as its thirty years of experience in the mobility industry. With the help of these developments, EKA Mobility will be able to provide its clients with unparalleled driving experiences, lower total cost of ownership (TCO), and increased energy efficiency in e-CV.
