In response to a key customer requirement, Danisense has expanded its DN1000ID current transducer product family with the introduction of the new DN1000ID-CP02 model.

The DN1000ID-CP02 Current Transducer Features:
- A significantly increased creepage and clearance distance of 38mm, compared with 11mm for the standard DN1000ID version.
- The permissible voltage for uninsulated cables has been raised from 1000V to 3200V.
- As system voltages continue to rise across a wide range of applications, these enhancements make the new device particularly well suited for power measurement and power analysis in EV chargers, power inverters, and battery energy storage systems.
DN1000ID-CP02, a high-accuracy current transducer designed for precision measurement in demanding environments such as EV test benches, particle accelerators, MRI systems, medical scanners, battery testing equipment, and current calibration systems.
The new device features a removable isolation insert and a large 40-mm aperture, enabling easy integration with wide cable terminals.
Engineered for exceptional measurement accuracy, the DN1000ID-CP02 supports current measurement up to 1500-A, with continuous measurement of 1000?A and a linearity error below 1-ppm.
It also offers an over-range capability of 1200-A-RMS for up to 30-minutes, ensuring robust performance even under challenging load conditions.
Built on Danisense’s ultra-stable closed-loop fluxgate technology, the transducer delivers ultra-low offset (5-ppm), minimal drift, and best0in-class noise performance with sub-ppm-RMS noise across frequencies up to 10-kHz.Â
The result is exceptional precision, stability, and resolution for critical current?sensing tasks in industrial, scientific, and energy applications.
Compact, rugged, and built for long-term reliability, the DN1000ID-CP02 offers engineers a dependable solution for high-accuracy current monitoring and calibration in next-generation test and measurement systems.Â
