AAKRUTI Global 2024, an annual national product design competition for engineering, design, and technology students in India, announced by Dassault Systèmes – the competition is now open to students worldwide.
Eleven other countries—South Africa, Poland, Greece, Egypt, Spain, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Turkey, and Thailand—are joining the tournament. The goal of AAKRUTI Global 2024 is to provide students all across the world the chance to think creatively about how to solve tomorrow’s social and technical problems.
This year, students from engineering, design, architecture, management, social sciences, and medical sciences are invited to participate in the global celebration of innovation, AAKRUTI 2024, which is breaking down boundaries.
AAKRUTI Global 2024’s focus is on green energy generation, transmission, and storage; sustainable transportation; sustainable housing and urban infrastructure; and sustainable goods for human well-being.
The challenge is divided into three phases:
- Creating the product design,
- Submitting the initial design concept,
- Submitting the finished product.
Through virtual collaboration facilitated by Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, participants will produce a project.
Students are exposed to the newest trends and technologies available through Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, SOLIDWORKS applications, and 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio through this competition.
With great success, AAKRUTI – the product design competition has been running since 2011. This year, students from engineering, design, architecture, management, social sciences, and medical sciences are invited to participate in the global celebration of innovation, AAKRUTI 2024, which is breaking down boundaries.
The AAKRUTI Global 2024 registration period is now open. Prior to the finals on November 15, 2024, two important benchmarks are the submission of the first design idea and the final product design, both of which must be completed by September 6, 2024. Teams from Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Edu and SOLIDWORKS are supporting the competition.
