In this role, CY will spearhead the APAC sales and service strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, top-notch operations, and stronger customer connections. He’ll report directly to Rebeca Obregon, element14‘s President, to stay tightly aligned with the company’s global goals.
CY Chan brings a wealth of experience in enterprise transformation, M&A, and business integration, with a real knack for scalable growth.
He’s driven key initiatives like market intelligence frameworks, centralized data and analytics, RPA teams, AI-powered quoting and pricing tools, and an Asia Quote Center, all boosting efficiency and smarter decision-making.
Known for his collaborative, transparent style, CY Chan prioritizes agility, trust, and empowerment while keeping results front and center. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
