Gold plated contacts for exceptional reliability and a range of pin sizes and layouts to accommodate various connectivity requirements are the key features of the new CPG family of pogo pins and PCB pins from CUI Devices.
Pogo pins from CUI Devices Features:
- Surface mount.
- Wire mount.
- Through-hole mounting methods.
- Suggested working heights ranging from 2.5 to 14.9 mm.
- Initial operating tensions ranging from 10 to 125 gf to 30 to 165 gf in mid-compression.
- These spring-loaded pogo pins are available with several pad layouts and stroke combinations.
- They have mating cycle ratings of up to 10,000 cycles.
- There are also types with a double terminated pogo pin and a right angle tail.
The PCB pins line from CUI Devices Features:
- Comes in a variety of length and pin size options.
- Press fit terminations.
- Single end or single end slotted terminal designs.
- PCB pin connections have mounting hole widths ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 mm and operational temperature ranges of -20 to 85°C.
