At the 15th Zinnov Awards 2024, Continental’s in house R&D center, Technical Center India (TCI), won two incredible achievements in the Unlocking Center Value and Great Place to Innovate categories. These honors demonstrate Continental’s dedication to advancing innovation, improving business performance financial results, and fostering a creative and innovative culture inside its Engineering, Research, and Development (ER&D) centers — all of which are integral to the company’s vision for the future of mobility.
More than 200 companies submitted more than 470 submissions for the awards this year, with the themes of the nine categories being innovation, customer centricity, excellence, and intrapreneurial leadership.
To choose the winners, a panel of fifty industry professionals was assembled and given two months to carefully review all of the award submissions. The Indian GCC ecosystem’s titans in technology, including people and companies, are honored with the Zinnov Awards.
The platform honors those who are pushing the limits of innovation and quality in addition to visionaries and change makers who have had an influence on the world at large. These honors serve to tell the tales of powerful leaders, both well-known figures and up-and-coming talents.
