The Interconnect Group of CUI Devices has announced their range of circular connectors and circular cable assemblies now includes M12 connection types with D coding. A variety of male or female jack or plug variants with 4-pin contact position choices are available for the CDM12 series. Additionally IP67 rated, these M12 D-coded cables and connectors can withstand the challenging conditions encountered in industrial and factory automation applications.

The M12 D-coded circular connector models come in panel mount packages with M12 x 1.0, M16 x 1.5, or PG9 thread sizes with PC pin or wire lead terminations. The M12 D-coded circular cable assembly models come in straight or right-angle orientations, with cable lengths ranging from 0.5 to 5 meters, and are enclosed in a PVC or PUR jacket material with copper alloy screw connections.

The cables come with a choice for an RJ45 plug connector or a blunt cut cable termination. These M12 types also include operational temperature ranges of -25 to 80°C, 60 or 250 Vac voltage ratings, and 1.5 or 4 A current ratings. Custom configurations offer additional coding choices.
