build3, the premier ecosystem for creating impact startups—that is, businesses that exist for both profit and purpose—announced that it has strategically partnered with impact entrepreneur Gaurav Singh to launch the inaugural cohort of its online Impact Startup Academy. At a discounted price of INR 990, the 5-week cohort-based online course will start on October 7 and is designed to help over 100 prospective impact founders build startups for both profit and purpose.
Helping founders find financially sustainable solutions to global issues is the course’s main goal. The next wave of impact founders will benefit from the course as they develop original business concepts and tactics that lead to stable financial results.

The course has been designed to empower early-stage impact founders, aspiring impact entrepreneurs and individuals looking to make meaningful contributions to an impact startup.

A strategic partnership between build3 and Mr. Gaurav Singh, the recipient of an Ashoka & Echoing Green fellowship, led to the creation of the Impact Startup Academy.
In addition to giving participants the inspiration and information they need to get started, the virtual course will give them the chance to network with other like-minded business owners.
Participants will receive a certificate from build3 after completing the course, but those who meet the requirements can also choose to receive a certificate from Srishti Manipal Institute, which is a component of MAHE, Manipal, that is recognized by the UGC.
On Monday and Thursday at 6 p.m. IST, the ISA will include one hour of pre-recorded video lessons and thirty minutes of participant group discussions.
The ISA will provide interested participants with a carefully selected collection of additional materials, such as books, films, podcasts, and articles, after each session.
A thorough grasp of impact startups, market analysis, customer interviews, root cause analysis, business model development, price and product optimization, GTM strategy development, distribution network development, and more will all be part of the learning process.
