Avaada’s Glass-to-Glass G12 (up to 720 Wp) and G12R (up to 630 Wp) modules are listed in the ALMM. One of India’s most sophisticated module manufacturing facilities, the Butibori facility operates at a Takt time of 16 seconds and has self-adaptive AI-integrated production lines and an intelligent energy management system.

By next month, the plant will have grown to a 7 GW capacity, further solidifying Avaada’s position as a leader in high-efficiency solar technology

Pioneering High-Efficiency TOPCon Modules

Alongside, Avaada Electro has introduced its 720 Wp and 630 Wp BIS-certified N-type TOPCon solar modules for sale.

These modules mark a significant advancement in next-generation solar performance with a best-in-class efficiency of 23.32%. Avaada’s fully functional Dadri facility has already started shipping 595 Wp, 600 Wp, and 605 Wp TOPCon modules, while Nagpur is shipping 720 Wp modules.

India’s Largest Integrated Solar Manufacturing Ecosystem

By the upcoming fiscal year, Avaada Electro plans to increase its manufacturing capacity to 12 GW solar modules and 12 GW solar cells. Avaada is in the vanguard of India’s solar self-reliance journey thanks to this comprehensive ecosystem, which includes ingots, wafers, glass, encapsulants, packaging, and other essential components.

The Dadri plant, which is already ALMM-certified, uses green energy and features AI-powered flaw detection tools that are more accurate and reliable than human inspection. In keeping with our mission to promote greener, more intelligent production, Avaada’s facilities also use cloud computing and real-time energy analytics to reduce their environmental impact.
