ArrowSphere Assistant, an AI-powered copilot tool that assists channel partners in optimizing their customers’ cloud businesses when utilizing the ArrowSphere Cloud platform, was made generally available by Arrow Electronics.
By giving channel partners access to more detailed data and visual aids, ArrowSphere Assistant speeds up, improves, and streamlines cloud management at scale. By decreasing the quantity of clicks and manual data processing, it can enhance operational operations.
On a 10-point scale, 90% of existing users give the assistant’s capabilities an 8 or above, and over 94% of current users say they would suggest ArrowSphere Assistant to others.
By offering robust use cases for channel partners to find new business opportunities, increase the efficiency of their FinOps operations, and better understand their customers’ security posture, Arrow launched distribution’s first AI business companion to first address the most important cloud business areas.
All of this was done while managing their cloud business with ArrowSphere Cloud.
A global network of Arrow channel partners has been road testing ArrowSphere Assistant since its restricted introduction in March 2024.
