Ami Badani, the chief marketing officer of Arm Holdings, has been appointed to Corning’s Board of Directors, with effect from October 7, 2025, Corning Incorporated announced.

Corning’s longstanding dedication to delivering innovations that service and influence critical industries is in line with Ms. Badani’s proficiency in strategic marketing, portfolio expansion, and the scaling of revolutionary technologies.
Ms. Badani will remain in her position until Corning’s annual shareholder meeting in the spring of 2026, when she will run for reelection to a one-year term. With her appointment, there are now ten Corning directors.

Ami Badani is renowned for her leadership in the nexus of corporate transformation, go-to-market strategy, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence.
In her role as Chief Marketing Officer of Arm, she spearheads international marketing initiatives for one of the top semiconductor and artificial intelligence technology firms in the world, promoting innovation in the data center, mobile, automotive, and other crucial growing industries.
Ms. Badani was key in growing and scaling NVIDIA’s data center portfolio into one of its most significant growth engines during her tenure as Vice President of Products and Developer Marketing, 2020–2023.
Cisco Systems, Instart Logic, and Cumulus Networks are examples of previous businesses.
