Apex Microtechnology to provide a selection of military-grade radiotelescopes (RT) to support the space industry and applications in radiation conditions, following a thorough assessment of the market and radiation test campaigns. The PA07R and PA08R operational amplifiers will be the first two in the Apex rad tolerant line.

These operational amplifiers devices have low to no lead times and meet SWaP standards for engineers creating with analog components for space applications. Apex Microgtechnology intends to introduce three additional rad-tolerant devices in the fall of 2024 after the introduction of these ones.

Rad-tolerant devices from Apex Microtechnology are tested to ensure that they remain functional even after being exposed to the designated radiation levels.

In addition to TID lot traceability and PIND screening, RT devices contain radiation data for HDR, ELDRS/LDR, and SEE testing. Devices that are resistant to radiation are built to a Class H military grade and undergo further testing, such as burn-in testing, to further ensure the dependability of the device.
