For high-speed digital interfaces, such as the PCI Express (PCIe) standard, Micro-Star International (MSI) has chosen Anritsu’s Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A and Vector Network Analyzer MS46524B for signal integrity verification.
Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A
- 8-slot modular high-performance BERT
- Supports high-speed digital interfaces using NRZ and PAM4
- Enables comprehensive physical layer testing for interfaces such as PCIe and USB
Vector Network Analyzer MS46524B
- Four-port vector network analyzer
- Supports measurement frequency range up to 43.5 GHz
- Contributes to reducing testing costs and streamlining product validation processes
Data transmission volumes have significantly increased as a result of the quick development of AI and IoT technologies. High-speed digital connections like PCIe, USB, and DisplayPort—which are frequently found in servers, data centers, and consumer goods—must therefore be able to handle even higher speeds and capacities.
In order to ensure digital signal quality and increase development efficiency, MSI has risen to the challenge of using next-generation interface standards in its server and motherboard development.
For this, MSI selected Anritsu’s MP1900A and MS46524B. These products enabled MSI to provide a comprehensive environment for evaluating digital signal quality in the time domain (e.g., bit error rate) and frequency domain (e.g., S-parameters).
This increased the efficiency of MSI’s development and enabled it to verify the signal quality of its high-speed digital interfaces and devices upon system installation.
By offering state-of-the-art measurement technologies and all-inclusive testing solutions, Anritsu will continue to provide customers with strong support in overcoming obstacles and advancing technological innovation in the fast-paced digital market.
