Mr. Neal Vali is in charge of Thinklabs AI, Inc.’s overall technological strategy and vision in his capacity as Chief technological Officer:
As a founding member and officer, Vali oversees a diverse team that applies cutting-edge technology to product engineering, technology operations, data engineering, MLOps, AI/ML development, and information security throughout the entire ecosystem.
Neal was the Head of Data and ML Engineering at GE Vernova before joining Thinklabs AI. In that capacity, he was instrumental in reinventing Grid Orchestration through the use of cloud-native technologies.
Throughout his career, he has held executive positions at both Fortune 100 and fast-growing startups, continuously promoting innovation and digital transformation.
Formerly employed by GE as Senior Manager of WAMS and Director of Autonomous Grid Orchestration, Mr. Gang Zheng is the Director of Research and Development at ThinkLabs:
There, he oversaw a team that developed and delivered software throughout the US and Canada with an emphasis on user support, project delivery, and product development. Important projects like distribution model validation, oscillation source location systems for power grids, and real-time distribution system state estimation were successfully completed by his team. For more than five years, he also served as Powertech Labs’ project manager and senior power systems engineer. He brings with him more than ten years of EMS, WAMS, and DSATools application experience.
ThinkLabs’ Head of Product, Mr. Chaitanya Baone:
He has over 12 years of experience in power and energy management technologies, including microgrids, EV smart charging, T&D grid planning and operations, and energy storage optimization.
Baone has a track record of successfully promoting growth via innovation and has held executive positions in GE, Eaton, Rivian, and Itron’s R&D, engineering, and product management departments.
He is a co-inventor of more than 35 patents and has an electrical engineering doctorate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is in charge of ThinkLabs’ product management initiatives, which include creating a roadmap, strategy, and vision for the product that are in line with the demands of the market and the company’s overarching goals.
ThinkLabs’ Head of Machine Learning & Data Engineering is Mr. Surendranath (Suren) Vallabhajosyula.
In this capacity, he is in charge of designing and developing the business’s machine learning platform as well as managing the infrastructure, security procedures, application design, and architecture for multi-cloud data and machine learning applications. Vallabhajosyula has over 27 years of in-depth technical experience.
