The MMIX1T500N20X4 X4-Class Ultra-Junction Power MOSFET has been released by Littelfuse. With a stunningly low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of only 1.99 m?, this 200 V, 480 A N-channel MOSFET enables better conduction efficiency, simplified thermal management, and increased system reliability in power-dense designs.
For the best thermal management, the MMIX1T500N20X4 uses an isolated, high-performance, ceramic-based SMPD-X package with topside cooling.
The device allows engineers to combine several paralleled low-current devices into a single high-current solution by offering up to 2× greater current ratings and up to 63% lower RDS(on) when compared to current state-of-the-art X4-Class MOSFET solutions.
