Multiphysics Modeling of Electronic Components

Abstract: Electronic components are ultimately integrated into larger systems, so designing and optimizing them calls for simulation software that makes it possible to assess their performance with the larger systems in mind. Furthermore, since heat is generated when the device is in operation, it is good practice to consider thermal and structural effects during the design process for accurate performance predictions. Design engineers who want to account for the real-world effects of their device’s operating environment turn to the COMSOL Multiphysics® modeling and simulation software.

Attend this webinar to see how you can use COMSOL Multiphysics® to model the electronic components in terms of electromagnetics and multiphysics aspects.
